great locationawful pillowdirty room
the location was great, close to grande place square. the room had comfy beds.
The pillows smelled awful and i asked for them to be changed. they were not changed when i returned in the evening. I had to ask again. the room also wasn't very clean with some rust at the bathtub and some dirt on the floor (it's these little things that get to you).

Central Stay

central locationshort walkgood heating systemwarm bathroom
The location was quite central. The Grand Markt was only five minutes away by foot. The room provided a good heating system. This covered both the room itself and the bathroom, I noted.
The room was slightly smaller than it looked in the photos. The shower light wasn't functional. I noticed slight cracks in the sink.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers safe parking in a garage. I paid twenty-four euros for twenty hours of overnight parking there.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast included good variety. Food items were continuously replenished during the service. The team members consistently cleared and cleaned tables there.
Service
10/10
The reception staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable. They provided friendly assistance when needed. I appreciated their support and interactions.
